I've been MIA!

I struggled for a few weeks to get my act together with eating. I ate whatever and it showed on the scale. I promised myself on Tuesday that if I stuck to my plan all week, I'd get donuts on Sunday. Well I did and it also showed on the scale! Plus yesterday was my monthly weight and pics.

I'll start with my weight today since it's the lowest I have been since I was pregnant with my 7.5 year old!!

128.6!! Woot. I really stuck to my points this week. I walked 7.8 on Wednesday and made sure to get extra moving around in also. Last week I walked 8.5 miles on day!

On to my monthly measurements:

Weight: 129.4
Waist (stomach): 34.5
Natural Waist: 31
Hips: 37
Bust: 38 (I was full when I measured)
Left Arm/Leg: 10 in/20.25 in
Right Arm/Leg: 10 in/20 in

Visually there isn't much of a difference. But the numbers are down so I am happy.

If I stick with my points until Tuesday I should make my goal weight at WW. So then I'll be in my 6 weeks make my goal weight. Yay!

Weigh in and SOOO close to my goal weight

Weigh in on Tuesday was less than exciting.

At home: 131.3
WW: 132.2
Weight loss: -0 (boo)
Total Loss: -29

I shouldn't really be upset for not losing any weight. I over ate x1000 on Sunday. I was so sluggish the whole day too. I realize when I overeat I always feel tired. I looked up why the body feels tired after eating too much. It is because once the food hits your small intestine it goes into "digest this food only" mode thus making you feel tired and sleepy. Knowing and finally identifying that feelings and it's exact cause is huge for me. I don't like feeling sleepy when I need to be chatting and being social with family. Now that I know that it's another reason to not over eat. Yay!

My friend and I changed our walking route. Since it's too hot in the afternoons now we are walking in the mornings. We still walk 6-6.5 miles but it's through the country now. E likes it because there are cows and horses. We like it because it's new and it has hills!!

On Thursday I got on the scale. My goal this week is to stay in my points and see 130.? on the scale...and IT HAPPENED! I was really excited. Eating with in my points and the new route has already helped. Yesterday to treat myself I went to Sonic and got the cinnasnacks. BUT I only ate 1 instead of all 3. I got my yummy fix and I didn't blow my day.

Today I went shopping. I went to the Gap. I found some cute shorts and I tried on size 6 and size 4. The size 6 were TOO BIG!!! YAY! How exciting was that. And my shirt is size XS! Here is a picture:

Monthly Measurements and Pictures!

I was nervous about how my weight would be today. I ate good all day yesterday but I didn't have my kids back by the end of the day and I didn't know when I'd get them back. So I emotional ate. My hubby said "Just eat if it will make you feel better." He could see I was upset about the kids not being back so he "gave me permission" to eat. Haha. So I ate.

I woke up went on the scale and it said:


WHAT?!?!? I couldn't even believe it. This was the third time I got on the scale because I honestly didn't believe it. God did for me what I couldn't do for myself. Ha. Well, I did my part, God did the rest. 

On to the measurements! Next month it will be my one year mark of taking measurements and weight loss! I can't believe it's been a year. It seemed so daunting and overwhelming thinking about all the weight I had to lose. 

Weight: 133.4 lbs
Waist: 35.5 in
Hips: 37.75 in
Bust: 37.5 in
Right Arm: 10.25 in
Left Arm: 10.5 in
Right thigh: 21 in
Left thigh: 20.5 in

This is the one month difference. Not a whole lot of difference visually, as usual.

I love data. I love seeing the numbers drop. I made a spreadsheet about it too. haha I do a yearly loss next month! My goal is to be at my goal weight by next measurement on April 17th.

Size 4 Shorts!

I am starting this post with no title! AH! I usually have a title in mind but I can't think of one right now.

I was 135.8 on my scale yesterday! Woot! That is exciting. I walked 20,500 steps on Tuesday and 16,000 steps yesterday. We walked 6.5 miles (E fell asleep for an hour of that so there was no crying) on Tuesday and 4.5 yesterday. My legs are sore and so are my shins. I need new shoes. I have had these running shoes since Nov. 2010. I remember that because my dad and I went Thanksgiving that year to the Run On store. They have one kind of close to me so I am going to go there next weekend. Have too much going on this weekend to buy new ones.

I also bought myself some new shorts. I went to American Eagle. I tried on SIZE 4?! They fit! They were snug around the waist, which is normal for me, but heeeck yeah! I have to fit shorts around my butt and thighs or they sag and feel too loose.

So this is what I love about Weight Watchers. I can eat the below and it's only 5 points plus! And I am full...for a while at least. I only make this when I have time (not on morning I have to take the kids to school). I will eat a Special K Flatbread sandwich which is also 6 PP. But strawberries keep my digestive system moving. :P I eat it with Reddi Whip because I don't like strawberries.
